What to Expect

Triple C uses Jane app for all record keeping, scheduling, and billing/payment purposes. Prior to an initial evaluation, parents/caregivers will receive a Welcome Email with instructions for setting up the Client Portal. This system is HIPAA compliant.

Step 1

Evaluation to determine areas of speech and language strength and difficulty (areas to target in therapy if applicable). If therapy is recommended, determine scheduling.

Step 2

Evaluation report written and shared with parents/caregivers within a week of the evaluation. If needed, phone consultation to further discuss results, recommendations, plan of care, and address any additional questions.

Step 3

Begin therapy: 45 min sessions (~35-38 min of direct therapy & ~7-10 min of parent/caregiver communication). Home exercise program (HEP) provided/discussed at the end of every session. Compliance with HEP expectations is of utmost importance for maximizing progress.

Step 4

Progress update/review to be performed on a case by case basis and discussed with parents/caregivers.

Step 5

Re-evaluation conducted yearly if applicable. If not conducted sooner, at the time of re-evaluation, clinician and parent/caregiver will discuss the potential for taking a break in therapy depending on several factors such as client progress, client participation, HEP compliance, and scheduling concerns.
