Services
Triple C offers private evaluation and remediation services for children aged 18 months to 15 years, focusing on areas such as speech/articulation, receptive/expressive language, pragmatic/social language, fluency, AAC, and functional communication.
As a private pay company, I do not currently bill insurance, which allows me to provide services without the need for referrals, insurance authorizations, or strict eligibility criteria. This flexibility enables me to create personalized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each client and their family. Services can be delivered in the comfort of your home or at other agreed-upon locations, with telehealth options also available.
If currently on a waitlist and wanting to initiate services sooner rather than later, I offer short-term therapy options! These options may also be helpful for families looking for speech services during school breaks or who have financial and/or scheduling concerns.
Prices
Therapy
-45 min sessions.
-Session prices differ for in-person and telehealth options. Triple C also offers discounts for siblings.
Evaluation/Re-evaluation
-75-120 min depending on the nature of the evaluation.
-Evaluation prices differ for Articulation only assessments vs all other assessments.

Payment
Triple C is an Out of Network provider with all insurance companies. However, a superbill can be provided upon request should parents/caregivers be interested in working with their insurance to determine if some/all services will be covered (would need to be eligible for out-of-network speech-language therapy and/or evaluation reimbursement). Payment for services is due at the time of appointment (evaluation and therapy sessions). Families have the option of placing a card on file in the Client Portal, but other forms of payment such as check or Venmo are accepted as well.
